Husker football is going full country.
Country music star Cole Swindell will play the first-ever concert following a Nebraska football game at Memorial Stadium on Sept. 19. The concert will coincide with Nebraska's "Ag Day" game against North Dakota that day.
The game is set for 6:15 p.m. The concert will begin approximately 30 minutes after it concludes.
Those with valid game tickets will be able to attend the concert. Field passes for the concert will also be sold beginning in July to those who have tickets to the Nebraska-North Dakota game.
Tickets are still available for the game and post-game concert. Single-game tickets will go on sale Tuesday, starting at $75 for the North Dakota game.
Known for songs such as “Ain’t Worth the Whiskey” and “Chillin’ It,” Swindell has earned multiple Academy of Country Music awards. The Grammy-nominated artist has been called “a proven hit-maker” by Rolling Stone.
