OVERTON – Two breeds of Eagles circled the volleyball court at Overton High School this week when Brady flew into town, Tuesday. The Overton lady Eagles battled with the Brady girls, playing four sets in the best of five contest. Overton emerged with the victory at the end of the night, 3-1.

COZAD – The Lexington Minutemaids softball team put their game into overdrive playing against the lady Haymakers on Tuesday’s away game. The game played close until the top of the seventh inning when the ‘Maids took off toward a 15-4 win over the Cozad girls.
