A 338-unit high-rise that would be the city's biggest downtown residential building could be coming to a portion of the block where the Gold's Building once stood.
An 11-story residential high-rise is planned for a portion of the site where the former Gold's Building once stood. Developers are seeking to use tax-increment financing to complete the $85 million to $90 million project, which the Urban Design Committee will consider Tuesday.
