Jenna Vitosh is the founder, CEO and wealth advisor at Chloey Wealth.
Who has inspired you?
Women using their talents and gifts to be authentic in the world and make it a better place is inspiring to me. This can be seen in the talent on stage at a live theater performance, a woman running a company and compassionately leading her employees, a mother raising children, a volunteer contributing her time and talent to better her community, and a daughter caring for an aging parent. Women are remarkable and contribute much to society; they inspire me every day.
What book or podcast is currently inspiring you?
I enjoy reading, both for fun and self-development. I am currently allowing my reading to be for fun and a mental break from my work and volunteerism. I am reading another novel by one of my favorite authors, Liane Moriarty.

The Inspire Women’s Leadership platform launched Inspire Girls. What advice would you give them?
Be yourself. You were created uniquely with a set of skills and gifts that can make an impact in the world — the best thing you can be is YOURSELF!
How can we better inspire, include, and invest in others in our community?
Authenticity and empathy are my two key tools for impacting my community. When we engage with others by respecting their humanity and practicing authenticity, we can truly inspire and invest in one another.
What does leadership mean to you?
Leadership is leading by example. It’s not about control; it’s about guidance. Authentically caring about the people around you — the individuals you are leading and those who you are serving — and guiding them by your example.
What is your favorite inspirational quote or motto?
“Praise bright blue skies and dark rain clouds. Lift happy voices upon the morning air. Murmur sweet words softly in the evening breeze. Be present in all things and thankful for all things." — Dr. Maya Angelou
How would you describe a great day?
My favorite days are ones that are full of meaningful conversations and moments of joy. Starting my day with hugs from my boys is the best way to start any day. Next, coffee at the office from The Coffee Roaster and a pastry from Le Quartier. Then, at my work, I love to have deep, impactful conversations with my clients, using my problem-solving and creativity to provide solutions for them. I also find joy in a day that includes an opportunity to give back, perhaps with a strategic planning meeting or volunteer opportunity with one of the nonprofits I am passionate about, like Wheelie Good Ride Academy. Lastly, I love going out in Lincoln — having a great meal at Dish and catching a live theater performance at the Lied Center.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received, and who gave it to you?
When I became a mother, a woman said to me, “The days are long, but the years are short — don’t stress too much about either one.” I think this is good advice in a lot of areas of life. There’s only so much we can control; try not to let the hard days win, and try not to let the fear or anxiety about the future win, either. Stay present.
What’s the biggest challenge or adversity you’ve faced in your life — professionally or personally — and how did you overcome it?
My collegiate education is in architecture and engineering. While I enjoyed those fields and was talented, I did not feel my purpose in life was in architecture or engineering. Taking the leap 15 years ago to leave those fields and find my passion was scary but rewarding. I love what I do today and truly feel I am fulfilling my purpose to guide my clients in building their legacy.
