Omaha Police Chief Todd Schmaderer gives an update on the Aug. 28 shooting on Sept. 1. Cameron Ford, 37, was killed by Officer Adam Vail as police executed a search warrant. On Wednesday, Schmaderer said he recommended Vail be terminated for violating department policies during the shooting.
