When asked how it is owning a business Jackson Thornburg, 11, responded, “It’s good, but sometimes it’s stressful. The thought of owning an actual food truck is crazy.”
Pat Rayburn (left) is Jackson’s grandma and she loaned him some money to help buy the truck and start his ice-cream business. “I was so excited. He’s always been a go-getter. I’m glad I did it, he’s learned a lot and it’s been fun.”
