Lancaster County Election Commissioner Todd Wiltgen announced that elections for the Boards of Trustees of Sanitary and Improvement Districts No. 3 (Holland), No. 5 (Cheney) and No. 8 (Walton) will be held Sept. 15.
Candidates must own real estate within the district or be designated to represent a qualifying property owner, such as a partnership, limited liability company, corporation, estate or trust. The filing deadline is 4:30 p.m. July 27. Candidates may file at the Lancaster County Election Commission, 601 N. 46th St., Lincoln.
