LEXINGTON — The Pride of the Minutemen Marching Band will be grappling with the forces of good and evil in their 2023 show, “Angels and Demons.”

LHS Band Director Chad Scharff said the drumline’s focus is to tighten up their playing to achieve one sound.
Band members took to the field Wednesday afternoon to practice marching fundamentals.
The directors had the band members practice several warm-ups outside.
The band this year will number just over 200 members by the time school starts.
First competition the band will take part in is the Elkhorn Sounds of Excellence Marching Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 7.
The marching band will be performing the show, “Angels and Demons,” composed by Randall Standridge.
