Three of the top 10 have opened in the past two years. Ranking them was the thorniest portion because of their newness and quality.
A 52-year-old man was killed Tuesday in an ATV accident near Dakota City. Deputies found Benjamin Ramirez, the operator of the ATV, pinned underneath it.
"I can't imagine what they're feeling right now," the police chief said. "The loss of a husband and the arrest of a stepson. Our hearts go out to them."
