North Lincoln just got a new place to pop some tags.
Goodwill, the thrift and donation center, opened last week at 2920 Folkways Boulevard — just north of Walmart and Hy-Vee — and will accept and sell gently used donations of clothing, furniture, electronics and other home goods.
Revenue from donations will fund a variety of local employment services and programs to help people overcome traditional employment barriers, according to a news release.
The store, Goodwill's fifth thrift and donation center in Lincoln, will host a grand opening celebration later this year.
