The House of Bah cooking class gathers for a meal on Dec. 16. Through these classes, House of Bah founder Djamil Djibril Bah-Traore has helped train more than 30 immigrants on how to cook in a professional kitchen. Originally from the West African country of Togo, Bah-Traore hopes to expose more Omahans to the cuisine he grew up eating.
