LEXINGTON — The Lexington Police Department arrested two subjects Thursday morning after conducting simultaneous arrest operations.
David Boesch, 45, of Smithfield, and Robert J. Brown, 42, of Elwood, were arrested on warrants for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Boesch was arrested at his workplace in Lexington and Brown at a trailer park in southern Lexington.
Brown faces additional charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a concealed firearm.
Lexington police were assisted by the department's Emergency Service Unit team, Dawson County Sheriff's Office, Nebraska State Patrol and C.O.D.E. task force officers.
All follow-up investigations will be conducted by LPD.
