A near full moon was seen through a tree in Lexington Wednesday
evening. The "Flower Moon" is the first of two full moons
that will be seen in the month of May. The "Flower Moon"
was seen at its brightest May 1, and this full moon signifies
spring and blooms. The second full moon in May is called the
"Blue Moon". It will appear full and bright Saturday, May
30 and Sunday, May 31.
