Maids Josslyn Mins and Millie Pepplitsch go undefeated at home invite Tuesday
LEXINGTON — The Lexington girls tennis team hosted an invite Tuesday with Alliance, Gering, Hastings St. Cecilia, Kearney Catholic, McCook, Ogallala and Scottsbluff.
Lexington hosts a dual Monday, April 20 against Kearney High School at 4 p.m.
The Maids beat Alliance 4-1.
No. 1 singles - Jovie Worthing lost 8-3 to Amelia Gibson.
No. 2 singles - Atley Harris won 8-2 over Alivia Osborn.
No. 1 doubles - Sydney Reutlinger-Maravilla and Kennedy Cetak won 8-0 over Makenna Quick and Kaiya Hudson.
No. 2 doubles - Josslyn Mins and Millie Pepplitsch won 8-1 over Ahrianna Galvan and Mia Gomez.
No. 3 doubles - Sophia Burns and Penny Goodwin won 8-1 over Abby Kimmel and Braylin Gibson.
SECOND DUAL
Lexington won 4-1 over Scottsbluff.
No. 1 singles - Worthing lost 8-3 over Anna Hafner.
No. 2 singles - Harris won 9-7 over Elliot Selzer.
No. 1 doubles - Reutlinger-Maravilla and Cetak won 8-0 over Atziry Martinez and Heidi Groskopf.
No. 2 doubles - Mins and Pepplitsch won 8-1 over Harriet Hertzler and Shae Gribble.
No. 3 doubles - Burns and Goodwin won 9-7 over Alaina Vergil and Cora Hill.

Lexington lost 4-1 to Kearney Catholic.

No. 2 singles - Harris lost 8-2 to Raegan Ruyle.
No. 1 doubles - Reutlinger-Maravilla and Cetak lost 8-4 to Kit Schrock and Tessa Colling.
No. 2 doubles - Mins and Pepplitsch won 8-4 over Abigail Isaacson and Lauren Nore.
No. 3 doubles - Burns and Goodwin lost 8-5 to Izzy Hutsell and Campbell Dunham.
FOURTH DUAL
The Minutemaids won 4-1 over Hastings St. Cecilia.
No. 1 singles - Worthing won 8-3 over Kate VanSkiver.
No. 2 singles - Harris lost 8-4 to Allyse Evans.
No. 1 doubles - Reutlinger-Maravilla and Cetak won 8-0 over Emily Hentzen and Kate Lauder.
No. 2 doubles - Mins and Pepplitsch won 8-0 over Celia Mailander and Jasmine Rodriguez.
No. 3 doubles - Burns and Goodwin did not have a opponent from Hastings St. Cecilia but won 9-7 over teammates Jasmin Aguirre and Kamila Ortiz-Juarez.
