The Lexington Minutemaid wrestling crowd is seen yelling,
celebrating and showing their support after senior Minutemaid
Ashley Najera got a takedown in the third period of the Class A
235-pound match Wednesday night against Beatrice's Shaylee
Calloway. Najera brought home Lexington's first-ever girls
state champion title after holding on to defeat Calloway with a 7-1
decision at the CHI Health Center in Omaha.
