Hi-Line boys track earns runner-up title at Franklin Invite
FRANKLIN — The Hi-Line Bulls boys track team racked up 76 points to finish as the runners-up Tuesday at the Franklin Invite.
The lady Bulls finished in sixth place with 44.5 points.
Hi-Line will compete Thursday, April 16 at 10 a.m. in Bertrand.
Cooper Knackstedt broke the Franklin meet record and the Hi-Line school record in pole vault recording a vault of 14-6, and beat the second place finisher by 3 feet, 6 inches.

Knackstedt ranks No. 1 in Class D in pole vault after winning at Franklin and sits ahead of Bertrand's Isaac Hernandez by one-foot.
Olivia Wall broke the school record in the two-mile, Bristol Kubert broke her own 200-meter dash record and Chase Beitler broke the record in the 300-meter hurdles.
