The minutes of last year’s banquet and the treasurers report were approved as printed in the program. Secretary Marilyn (Kleint) Hueftle recognized the 2019 Scholarship winners. 2019 graduate Mollie Rowe and three collegiate winners: McKenzie Johnson, Able Juan, and Tanner Rowe. A solemn memorial service was given by Pat (Ramsey) Longly and Janet (Libal) Schlattmann both of the class of 1969. The red roses in the vase represent all alumni we have lost this past year. The one white rose represents any alumni we may have missed.
Secretary Marilyn (Kleint) Hueftle recognized all the military veterans attending as well as honored guests: Jim and Marilyn (Brown) Biehl. They have attended every alumni banquet since their graduation in 1952 & 1953. Also recognized were Galen & Joan (Millikan) Morris from the class of 1966. They have attended many of our banquets.
We had pianist Susan (Smith) Wallace, class of 1969, entertain us with many musical selections for the honor years as well as trivia questions presented by Brian Edeal. After recognizing those honor years, president Edeal introduced the 2019 class President, Erick Estrada and Secretary, Mollie Rowe. After a short speech president Edeal asked for a motion to accept the class of 2019 into the association. The motion was second and passed unamnimously.
