Some very exciting happenings at the Lexington Community Foundation as a considerable office renovation gets underway in August. The highly anticipated interior makeover includes complete modifications of the reception area, offices and meeting space. The projected completion date is by October 2019.
On Point Construction out of Kearney was awarded the bid in January. The start of the project was held until the fundraising portion of the project could be completed. The entire cost of the restoration project was raised with private donations and grants. Tom Fagot coordinated the fundraising effort.
During these renovations the Lexington Community Foundation will be operating from a temporary location. You will be able to find us at the Great Western Bank community room located at their drive through facility – 511 N. Lincoln St. Our office hours and contact information will remain the same. The Foundation thanks everyone who supported this project.
